Each Project can be split into various stages to track all the intermediate tasks effectively, which counts towards the total completion of the project.
Assign a Percentage Completed entry to each stage of the project. The Total Average Percentage of all the Stages will be shown as the completion status of the Project.
Team Members:
Include all the members associated with the project & keep informed about the total Human Resource your putting into each project.
To-Do List:
Create a list of Things To Do for each project to make sure you don't find yourself missing something at the finishing stage.
